Refund policy

Domestic Returns (U.S.)

To initiate a domestic return, please email our team at orders@shopglitterati.com with your order number. We offer two convenient options for domestic returns:

  • Return for Store Credit: Receive a complimentary prepaid return shipping label. Your full purchase amount will be issued via an email gift card once processed.

  • Return for Refund: Receive a prepaid return shipping label. A flat $5.00 return shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your final refund to your original payment method.

International Orders (Outside the U.S.)

All international orders are considered Final Sale. At this time, we are unable to accept international returns, cancellations, or exchanges due to global customs regulations and shipping constraints. If an international shipment is attempted to be returned to our studio, it will not be accepted or processed for a refund. If you have any questions about fit, fabric, or color variants before purchasing, please reach out to our studio assistance team at orders@shopglitterati.com.

Condition Guidelines

Items showing any signs of wear, scents, or damage will not be accepted for return and will be sent back at the customer's expense.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. For domestic orders, if you would like a different color or width, please return your original item for store credit and place a new order for your preferred selection.

Sale Items

All items purchased on sale, during promotional events, or discounted at 20% or more are Final Sale and cannot be returned for a refund or store credit.

Order Cancellations

Because we process and pack orders quickly to get them to you, orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are placed. For domestic orders, if you need to make a change, please utilize our return process once your package arrives.
