Returns Policy

You may return new, full price, unopened items, in original condition within 30 days of order for a full refund. 
Lingerie, cosmetics, nail polish, nail polish strips, and personal care items (such as bath products, body washes, etc) are final sale due to the nature of the product. 
Discounted, sale, or clearance items are final sale.  Pre-orders are non-refundable.

The exception to this stipulation is if an item is defective.  You will need to submit evidence of the defect.  If the return is accepted, you will be provided next steps to return item, or the return will be processed without a return required.  Return shipping is paid by the customer.

If your product qualifies for return:
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you are not sending a product back, your refund will be processed when accepted, and the refund is processed electronically on the same day.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

DOMESTIC orders shipped (USPS with Tracking) to the US ONLY are free for orders over $7.99  HOWEVER, we highly suggest upgrading shipping to priority insured.  We are not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.  By placing an order, you agree that we are not responsible for these situations.  You will be given the opportunity to upgrade shipping at checkout.

When you place your order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

We strive to ship within 48 business hours of your order being placed.  However, high order volume may make shipping times vary.  Rest assured, we will make every effort to ensure your order goes out in a timely fashion.  If you order an item that is backordered (the item will indicate if it's a backorder as well as its location in the Backorder category) or pre-ordered, our policy is to HOLD the full shipment until back/preorders arrive.  If you wish to receive in-stock items faster, please order them separately from back and pre-order items.

Please note: We STRONGLY suggest that customers upgrade shipping to insured.  We offer multiple shipping services, but we DO NOT take responsibility for items lost, damaged, or stolen in transit.  USPS is our default method of shipping and all orders are issued a tracking number.  
Should your package not arrive, you must file a claim with the carrier.
